Massive Los Angeles Apartment Building Not Battling Vermin Claim Residents

When you live in an apartment building it can be extremely difficult to keep unwanted pests out of your home, despite any efforts made of cleaning excessively.  Monmouth County, NJ pest control professionals can attest to the fact that communities with shared walls can suffer from all types of pest invasions as insects and rodents are able to move within the walls from unit to unit.

KTLA.com reported on November 13, 2012 that the Park La Brea apartment complex, which is the largest apartment complex located in the Los Angeles, California area, has several different types of vermin that are tormenting residents.  Residents report that the problems have been ongoing for several years, with little help from the property management company.  Reports are that the Park La Brea apartment complex is over-run with rats, cockroaches, bed bugs, and other vermin.

The Park La Brea apartment complex is made up of more than 4,000 apartments that encompass several twelve story buildings.  Resident report pest control efforts of fumigation for cockroaches yield dead critters in cabinets and live ones returning within weeks.  Because of the size of the massive apartment community, vermin and insects that are treated in one unit simply travel to the surrounding units until the pesticide used subsides.

Bed bug and cockroach infestations require a full scale attack from a licensed pest control expert.  It is not cost effective, nor efficient, to treat sporadic units within a multi-unit building as the pests will simply escape and move on to other units, expanding the infestation problem.  In New Jersey, a Monmouth County pest control expert can help eradicate bed bugs and vermin from homes and apartments.  Call Allison Pest Control for help with all types of pest invasions.
