Most people may be surprised to learn that there are two creatures that are referred to as \u201cdaddy long legs\u201d.\u00a0\u00a0They are similar in looks, but aren\u2019t similar in behavior or living habitats.\u00a0\u00a0The two critters actually belong to separate groups of animals.\u00a0\u00a0The most common name \u201cdaddy long legs\u201d actually belongs to the Order Opiliones.\u00a0\u00a0They live under rocks and logs and are rarely seen.\u00a0\u00a0\u201cDaddy long leg spiders<\/a>\u201d belong to the Order Araneae.\u00a0\u00a0These spiders are the ones that are most noticeable to NJ homeowners report Monmouth NJ exterminators<\/a>.<\/p>\n
